How Airlinez works

One room,
start to payout.

Follow a real game — Room #25, a five-minute ETH/USD dogfight, two pilots, winner takes the pot — from lobby to payout. This is the whole loop.

Pick a room

Browse open games by pair, buy-in and duration — or spin up your own. Buy in, and the game starts the moment the room fills.

  1. Prize pool — every player's buy-in goes into the pot. Winners split it, minus the 2.5% platform fee.
  2. Pair · buy-in · duration — what you're predicting, what it costs to enter, and how long it runs: anywhere from 5 minutes to a month.
  3. Lobby status — joined vs. max players. Share the room number to pull friends into the same game.

Draw your line

Sketch the path you think the price takes over the game window — the pumps, the dumps, the crabs. Redraw as many times as you like; Confirm locks it in.

  1. Price history — scroll back through recent candles and build your read before you commit.
  2. Prediction line — your forecast, drawn start to finish. Smooth curves or sharp moves — your call.
  3. Countdown & confirm — when the timer hits zero the drawing phase ends. Confirmed lines can't be changed, and there are no refunds after that.

Fly

Every player becomes an aircraft flying their drawn line. Watch the pack chase the live price in real time — leave and come back whenever; your line is already locked.

  1. Live price line — the real market price, straight from the Chainlink oracle. Your plane's distance from it is your current error.
  2. Player planes — height = predicted price at this moment. Yours is labelled, and your aircraft skin is on show to every spectator.
  3. Scoring — points accrue at every checkpoint you're close to the price. It's a live leaderboard throughout, not a photo finish.

Get paid

Highest cumulative score across the whole game wins — not just whoever's closest at the end. The pot pays out the moment the game resolves.

  1. Payout structure — winner-takes-all, top 3, top 5… set by the room creator and shown on the card before you buy in.
  2. Provably fair — prices come from the Chainlink feed and scoring is deterministic. Nobody can nudge the chart, including us.

Do I need a crypto wallet to play?+

No. Sign up with your email and we'll handle that all for you. Crypto bros can connect external wallets as well, if they prefer.

You will need USDC on Arbitrum, though. All of the details for depositing/bridging can be found in the app.

No, just sign up with your email. We'll give you the free AIRZ token to play with.

How are predictions scored?+

Each game is split into a large number of checkpoints. At each checkpoint, we compare your drawn line to the actual price. The closer you are, the more points you get.

We add up your score as the game goes on, in order to have a live display of who is winning. Whoever finishes the game with the most points, wins.

What does a game cost?+

Each game has a custom buy-in set by the game creator. You can create games with any buy-in value, although this will be capped in pre-season while we are ensuring the platform is stable.

What trading pairs can I play?+

ETH/USD, BTC/USD, SOL/USD and LINK/USD are the only four for now. We plan to add more trading pairs — and non-crypto assets — in future.

Can I change my prediction after I've drawn it?+

Yes — you can redraw as many times as you like before you hit Confirm. Once confirmed, your prediction is locked for the rest of the game.

Can I get a refund if I misdraw?+

Yes, as long as you don't click "Confirm". As soon as you click "Confirm" after drawing your line, your bet is locked. No refunds! (Unless the game fails due to technical issues)

What happens if I lose connection mid-game?+

Nothing bad. Your prediction is locked the moment you confirm, so the game plays out whether you're watching or not. Rejoin any time to spectate or check the score.

Can I play multiple games at once?+

Yes. Join as many rooms as you like — each prediction is independent. Your active games sit in the sidebar so you can jump between them.

There is a cap on how many new games each player can create, but you probably won't run into it!

Can I create private rooms?+

Not yet — all rooms are public for now. Private rooms for friends and squads are on the roadmap.

How do payouts actually work?+

Automatically. When the game ends, the smart contract splits the prize pool according to the room's payout structure and sends winnings straight to the winners' wallets. No claim step, no withdrawal request.

You can claim your winnings any time after the game ends. Find your finished games in "My Games" or in your notifications bar, if you forget to claim straight away.

How do I unlock new aircraft?+

Win games and climb the pilot ranks. Each rank unlocks the next aircraft in the hangar. Aircraft are earned, never bought — and they carry over between seasons.

How do you prevent cheating and bots?+

Prices come from the Chainlink oracle feed — we can't nudge them and neither can you. Predictions are timestamped server-side and scoring is deterministic.

On the roadmap: on-chain commitments, so every prediction is hashed and locked to the chain at confirm time. At that point all users can fully verify end-to-end fairness.

What networks are supported?+

Everything runs on Arbitrum One. We recommend using the Privy embedded wallet (email login) and you won't have to worry about chains.

Can I play on mobile?+

Airlinez is desktop/laptop only at the moment, although we would love to build a mobile version in 2027. It's very well suited to touchscreen play.
